Thermatape® Foam Insulation Tape is a simple, easy to use & cost effective solution to resolving issues regarding thermal bridging in steel framed construction.

A green high density polyethylene foam tape with a self adhesive backing used to create a thermal break between steel frames and lightweight cladding materials.

Thermatape® Foam Insulation Tape has been independently tested & proven to easily exceed the BCA thermal break requirement of R0.2.

Thermatape® Foam Insulation Tape allows steel framed constructions to achieve comparable thermal performance to that of a similarly clad timber framed wall.

After peeling away the adhesive backing layer Thermatape® Foam Insulation Tape can then be applied directly to the steel frame.
